Valuation of Closely Held Businesses
Please join us on November 13th to hear from Tami Bolder of CBIZ discuss valuation of closely held businesses.
Tami is a Director working out of the Akron, Ohio office of CBIZ Valuation Group. A Certified Public Accountant who is Accredited in Business Valuation, Tami oversees business valuation engagements for estate and gift tax, exit planning, SBA loans, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, domestic relations, and other litigation purposes. She has also prepared and reviewed analyses and reports both determining economic damages and assessing the propriety of other expert’s reports.
The lunch meeting will be held at Weymouth Country Club club house on Wednesday, November 13th from 11:30 - 1:00. EPC members attend at no cost while future members will be charged $25.00 for lunch.
